Airdrops

The airdrop tool will allow you to distribute any given number of your unowned NFTs to Open Loot users. Here are the steps to request an Airdrop.

Create an Airdrop Request​

  1. Go to "Manage NFTs" > "Airdrops"
  2. Here you will see a list of all your past Airdrop Requests. You can click on any of them to view more details for that airdrop. To request an airdrop, click on "New Airdrop in the upper right.
  3. Enter the name of the airdrop, and any relevant details in the description.
  4. Download the sample CSV, and fill it out with the relevant airdrop details.
    • user: This is the user who will receive the item(s). The tool will accept different forms of user identification.
      • userID: This is a 32-digit alphanumeric string that uniquely identifies the Open Loot account. This is the preferred method for identifying users.
      • email: The is the primary email address the user used to create their Open Loot account. This is not the email address of any of the secondary social auths the user may have linked to their Open Loot account.
      • username: This is the user's current username. This username is case-sensitive.
    • nft_option_name: This is the Option Name (or Descriptive Identifier) of the item you wish to grant to the user. Do not include your collection name prefix (for example, Big Time's prefix is "BT0_").
    • amount: This is the number of issues of the item you wish to grant to the user.

Request History​

All airdrop requests are listed on the Requests page. Here you can click to view the Request Details page to view more information about a specific airdrop request, including who requested it, when it was requested, the current status, and all the items and users in the request.

Approvals​

Once an airdrop has been requested, it goes into an "Awaiting Approval" state. Executing an airdrop is a two-person process. Any game member may request an airdrop, but a game admin must approve the request. The game admin can view the Request Details and approve the request at the bottom of the page by clicking on "Approve".

This is a list of all airdrops that have been executed by the Partner Portal Airdrop tool.
